What is the Employment Law For? Employment laws are important and businesses should pay attention to it. All business organizations are obliged to let each and every employees become aware of his or her rights as directed by such laws. This law lets an employee take unpaid time off from work under specific circumstances. The Employee Polygraph Protection Act Labor Law is another example.
