Alteryx Shows Governed AI at Mumbai Data Summit

Alteryx plans to showcase how enterprises can apply AI across critical business processes at the Gartner Data & Analytics Summit 2026 in Mumbai. The company will demonstrate the role of business logic in connecting trusted enterprise data with AI-driven decisions at the event on September 21–22.

Bridging data and decisions

Alteryx will highlight how its unified Alteryx One platform allows organizations to define, maintain, and govern business logic in visual workflows. This approach provides the business context AI needs to produce reliable and repeatable outcomes.

During the summit, Alteryx Chief Technology Officer Arvind Krishnan will deliver a session titled “Alteryx: Put Your Data + AI to Work.” The presentation will address how to close the trust gap around AI and meet requirements under regulatory frameworks, such as India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP).

Krishnan emphasized the difficulty of moving from AI experimentation to application. “The challenge isn’t simply access to AI,” he said. “It’s giving AI the business context and logic it needs to produce outcomes people can trust.” He added that connecting business logic to trusted data and AI enables organizations to move faster while maintaining transparency and control.

Visitors to Booth 302 can see live demonstrations of Alteryx One across several enterprise use cases. These include governed agentic decisioning, predictive asset operations, finance and audit automation, and supply-chain and procurement spend intelligence. The sessions will also show how to embed business logic into governed workflows to help handle regulatory requirements like the DPDP.

Local focus on regulation and risk

Sabya Sen, Vice President of IMEA & APAC at Alteryx, will join Krishnan at the summit. Sen leads Alteryx’s business across India, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, with a focus on customer outcomes and scaling the Alteryx One platform.

Sen noted that India is a significant market in the global evolution of data, analytics, and AI. He observed that enterprises increasingly seek to transition from experimentation to measurable business value. At the same time, the evolving regulatory system is putting greater focus on how organizations understand, govern, and use their data.
